What I know to know about my topic

What I what to know about my topic
By: Katherine Mack

My research will discuss the profound depth of the oblivious, hidden, keep behind closed doors topic which is racism. The reason I choose racism as my topic is because I feel as if it is a secluded or ostracize issue that is not being brought attention or being recognized. This is an issue that people of my ethnicity have to face everyday and is being stereotyped to have a future of inadequacy base upon them being African Americans. There are questions that are imperative to me that will be researched throughout my blog. These questions are centrally focused on my topic and explain my concern on the issue of how racism is being implemented in America today. The questions are as followed:

  1. Which kind of group is mostly being targeted about their race in America?
  2.  How did we stop slavery in the past and how are we stopping racism in the future?
  3. What if the civil rights march was repeated, on racism in 2012, will a change or difference occur?
  4. Should the media play a role in addressing the issue of racism in the U.S.?
  5. Why is racism still occurring in the U.S.A.?
